Our Experience - We have a team of transcription experts, with extensive experience in transcribing interviews, handwritten notes, general correspondence etc.
Turnaround Times - we aim for 48 hour turnaround times for single files. If your require it prior to that, please let us know.

Processing payments on your behalf
In today's market place it is expected by the consumer that electronic transactions are the norm. What do you do if selection for the job comes down to whether or not you provide this facility.
PA on call can provide Eftpos or Credit Card facilities to your customers. An arrangement can be made where you contact PA on call with details required to process transactions over the phone.
Suitable identification is obtained from the customer and provided to PA on call.
We then process the transaction through our account and forward the payment, less a small fee to your bank account. It's that simple and you do not have to worry about that monthly expense from your bank for such a facility.
If you require installation of this facility from your bank we can also advise or act on your behalf to arrange such facility.
